Our Story

Relic started with a rocking horse. My great-grandfather built it for me when I was young, cut it out, painted it, made it by hand. It's still displayed in my shop today, where I see it every day. He made me all kinds of wood toys, and I played with them religiously. They meant something, because someone who cared had made them.

Most of the toys from my childhood are long gone, but the ones he built are still here. That difference stuck with me. When I started building, I wanted to work with that same care and purpose — things made right, made to last, things you're proud to have around and never really want to get rid of.

That's what Relic is. Specialty furniture and signature designs, built the way they ought to be.
